Class descriptions:
Crosstrainer: Crosstrainer is a fun mix of cardio, strength and circuit training; focusing on fitness, fat burning and core strength. Suitable for ALL fitness levels. 1 hour
Pump: PUMP strengthens and tones your entire body, burning calories at the same time. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Suitable for ALL fitness levels. 1 hour
Balance: A mix of pilates and yoga to build core strength and flexibility. Suitable for ALL fitness levels. 1 hour
Indoor Boot: A class that uses intervals to work cardio, strength and flexibility. Working to your own level makes it a class suitable for everyone. 1 hour.
Tabata Circuit: 30 min class using Tabata intervals and the principle of high intensity interval training to burn calories and increase fitness FAST!
Total Tone: 30 min class focusing on strengthening and toning abs, legs and butts.
Cost: $12 casual class or $10.80 as part of a 10-class pass. Pay for only 3 classes a week (the rest are free).
