Damo's Fitness Tribe

Damo's Fitness Tribe is a brand new 8 Week Fitness Challenge starting in Ormeau in January 2017.

The 8 Week Challenge will start on the 9th of January and will offer members three training sessions per week, Healthy meal plan options, guidance, advice and support.

There will be measurement and progress checks along the way as well as prizes at the end of the challenge.

The prizes and progress checks will be available to all people who join the challenge, but if you are just wanting to try one class or are not available to do three sessions per week you are more than welcome to do a one off class with us!
