Mixed martial arts system based on Kung Fu styles, boxing, kickboxing and weapons. Practical self defence, high degree physical fitness and 'performance' style martial arts are equally learned. Weapons are used both for fitness applications as well as self defence. Anyone deemed to be using what is taught in an inappropriate manner will be refused entry to any further training.
2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor. Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. Blue Card and First Aid certification.
Regular classes running and private tuition avaliable. PM for days/times.
