these are made to order so we require at least two weeks notice unless booked out prior.




Shipping & Returns

Fondant toppers are good for 12 months after date of receipt. Store in an airtight container (the container they arrive in are good) away from light, heat and humidity. Do not refrigerate or freeze. This will create moisture on the toppers and they will be ruined.
If there is any damage from shipping, please contact me and I will walk you through the process of fixing it. These are fragile and there is a possibility of damage. All you need to fix the damage is a little water used as glue. I try my best to pack the toppers as flat as possible and with bubble wrap or foam, but once the package is out of my hands, I do not know how it is handled.

Toppers are not premade. They are created once they are purchased by you. Therefore, I do not accept returns since the items are custom made for you. The toppers should be placed flat on your frosted cupcakes, cake or cookies just prior to the start of your party. The toppers are hard, but once they come in contact with the frosting, they will soften over time.

If you are worried your item/s may go missing in the post or may get damaged i request all buyers to pay for registered post to cover you for damages or loss of an item.
As part of paypals policy they do not cover custom hand made items so they will not refund you for any damage. Its up to you as a buyer to take responsibility to protect your hand made goods.

PLEASE take note that glitter may or may not be added this is upto you, as stated on the glitter jars this is for decoration use only. If you pick to eat it i recommend only a small amount.

MOST items can be made in any colour for free, gold silver, luster dust and extra glitter if not mentioned in the listing will be extra. Please contact me for a price.


All hand made cake toppers are made to order so they will need time to be made and dried. ESTAMATED TIME of drying is 7 working days.

ALL ITEMS LISTED ON THIS SITE WILL NEED TO BE PAID FOR IN FULL BEFORE YOUR ORDER / CUSTOM ORDER IS BOOKED IN.

We do not take cash on pick up, pay later, or send out befor payment has been made in full.
