Curtin University FIRST Robotics

Representing Team 4788, Team 5333 and Team 5663, three FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) teams based at Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia. Curtin University FIRST Robotics pairs teams of high school students competing in the FIRST Robotics Competition with Engineering mentors from Curtin University to design, build & use a large robot in the regional competition held in Sydney, Australia.

In 2017, Team 5663 traveled to the USA to compete in the 2017 FIRST Houston Championships.

In 2016, two of our teams, 5333 and 5663, traveled to St. Louis, Missouri to compete in the 2016 St. Louis FIRST Championships.

Curtin FRC also runs Robo Academy: a 2 day workshops for students aged 8-15 years using Lego Mindstorms.
