Hello, I am Crystal. I am all too aware that when working with a legal team, professional advocate or representing yourself the key to successful progress through the DVA landscape is clear and factual documentation.
When you are living with complex medical issues and mental illness, this is a very difficult task.

I have been involved in many roles within the Veteran community since 2014, these roles have lead me to create a service that will allow me to help Veterans and their families gain a better understanding and sense of empowerment when progressing through DVA applications and processes, with the help of their Advocate, Lawyer or as an independent claimant.
