Crosslinks Incorporated has been providing supports and services to people with disability and their families since 1996.

We ensure that our organisation makes decisions that sit within our values and promote our Vision; for people of all abilities connecting to their community, living to their full potential and achieving their dreams.

Crosslinks will take on the challenges that the new NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) will bring by enhancing and promoting a more personalised service to each individual. Looking at what they and their family want for them now and into the future and how we can make that happen.

We understand that it is you who knows the best way we can assist or support you to achieve greater independence and enjoyment of all that life has to offer. When choosing Crosslinks to work with you as part of your support team, we will ensure our experienced staff place you in control of the level of our involvement so the choices you make are supported the way you want.
