OPENING AUGUST 1ST

At CrossFit Salt Shed we have two class options. Regular CrossFit* classes PLUS our Group Functional Training classes which have a greater focus on bodyweight exercises and cardio fitness! We also have OPEN GYM from 4:30pm-5:30pm; the perfect opportunity to get into some mobility or revisit any specifics from class.

MOSTLY we just want you to have a place you love where you can hang out and train hard!

*CROSSFIT is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
