We will provide and source information regarding exercise, nutrition, mobility and recovery with the main focus on athletic performance, health and well-being
We will also post a W.O.D (workout of the day) every week day. Some of the workouts you may need equipment others you will not. The workouts will be designed to challenge all fitness levels and test you physically and mentally.
DO NOT participate in any workout if you have any injury concerns or a medical condition that may be aggravated due to intense exercise.
We encourage users to post times, scores, loads etc as a tool for our users to record exercise history however this is not compulsory
