CrossFit Classes (60 min)
Classes are one hour in duration and fully coached.
Monday: 6:00am, 12 noon, 5.00pm, 6:00pm
Tuesday: 6.00 am, 9:30am, 5.00pm, 6:00pm
Wednesday: 6:00am, 12 noon, 5.00pm, 6:00pm
Thursday: 6.00am, 9.30 am, 5.00pm, 6:00pm
Friday: 6.00am, 12 noon, 5.00pm, 6:00pm
Saturday: 7.00am
Sunday: Rest Day
