6am CrossFit Class
9am CrossFit Class
10am-12noon - Open Gym
4:30pm - 5:30pm CrossFit Class (no Friday)
6pm-8pm CrossFit Class

Saturday:
7.00am CrossFit Class

Sunday:
9am CrossFit Class

(Open Gym is at the discretion of trainers as to when members are at a level to attend as these times are not coached)
Fundamentals - $50 for A ONE HOUR one on one training session to learn the basic fundamental CrossFit movements. (Members must participate in a fundamentals session prior to attendance at classes)
Memberships:
10 session pass $180
1 Month Unlimited Membership $150.00 (classes only until approved for Open Gym)
3 Month Unlimited Membership $400.00 (classes only until approved for Open Gym)
6 Month Unlimited Membership $700.00 (classes only until approved for Open Gym)
12 Month Unlimited Membership $1250.00 (classes only until approved for Open Gym)
All fees are to be paid upfront prior to commencement of any classes. No refunds are permitted. You may place your membership on hold for a period of 4 week once only a 12 month period.
