CrossFit Cuties isn't like your usual gym! It’s the first girl’s only CrossFit gym in Perth. We offer a safe and clean environment, the best equipment possible and are always thinking outside the box to provide fun and unique ways to build your fitness and functional movement.

Some of the exciting things you can expect at CrossFit Cuties

• Met-con Mondays –Majority of session will focus on improving metabolic conditioning.
• Tabata Tuesdays – utilise the highly effective tabata interval training technique. Constantly varied movements will help create fun and mystery.
• Weightlifting Wednesdays – Let’s have fun learning how to lift!
• Thrilling Thursdays – team and partner workouts. Work together with different people to complete the workouts. Great for meeting new people and getting a good work out at the same time!
• Fun Fridays – tackle the traditional CrossFit WODs. Hero, Girls and traditional WODs.
• Strongwoman Saturdays – Chance to get dirty and have fun! Play with all the strongman toys while getting a fantastic work out. Learn how to use sleds, prowlers, flip tyres, lift sandbags, logs and farmers carry.
