CrossFit Box Hill is family owned and operated and is the evolution of our first facility - CrossFit Burwood. Nick and his team are passionate about offering quality programs in CrossFit, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, quality coaching by experienced and specialised Coaches, nutritional consulting, and building a strong community of hard working people. At CrossFit Box Hill we look at the broad picture of fitness. We aim to increase your capacity in every area of fitness. At CrossFit Box Hill there are no machines to sit on (other than a Rower or Assault Bike). You will be swinging, squatting, rowing, throwing, pushing and pulling, and you will love it! Functional movements challenge your core and teaches your muscles to work together.
