Croquet Ahoy

Up for some fun to kick off the Grand Final long weekend? Book in the launch of Croquet Ahoy, Royal Geelong Yacht Club’s stylish new garden party.

A FREE event, Croquet Ahoy will open the doors of the yacht club to allow everyone* to enjoy the relaxed vibe of the city’s best waterfront location.

With croquet fields set up on the lawn, guests will play for fun to the sounds of Tommy Ohhhh!. Street performers and festoon lighting will keep the vibe light as the sun goes down. Outdoor bars will serve Pimm’s, Peroni and Leura Park wines, with dinner available from a variety of food trucks.

No special skills or experience is needed to play (it is Geelong’s first big croquet party, after all). Event sponsors have been very generous with prizes and giveaways – look out for the stylish Bausele watch worth $500.
