Shipping Information:

While I do my best to ensure your item is as safe as possible while it’s on its way to you I cannot be accountable for any damage that occurs during shipping. If you wish to include insurance on your item I am more than happy to arrange this for you at the time of postage for an additional fee (as set out by Australia Post)
Shipping prices listed with items include an Australia Post Tracking Number which allows you to keep an eye on the delivery process.
Combined postage available for multiple items, just ask me
International postage rates can be calculated on request, there is unfortunately no tracking service available.

If you wish to save on postage entirely I am happy to organise local pick up with you.

Product Guarantee:
My products are all made/painted by yours truly and are as pictured on the page. If you receive an item please bear in mind that handmade also means that your items wont be factory perfect.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me.

I cannot offer a full refund on any of my items but will always try my best to make sure you're happy :)

Holding Items:
If you see an item you would like to purchase but pay day is a few days off I am happy to hold this item for you. All I ask is that you let me know when you can make payment, and send me proof of payment on the day (screen shot is perfect for this).
Unless prior arrangements have been made (as mentioned above) I will NOT hold items for longer than 3 business days without payment.
