The concept behind Creative Cuisine was born when Rodger Graf, Managing Director and owner of the company began consulting to the food manufacturing and retailing industries in 1991. After several productive years advising on areas such as site selection, store design, and product development, Rodger formed Creative Cuisine.
Since its inception in a Brisbane Butcher shop in 1994 Creative Cuisine has experienced growth in three main markets - food service, retail and contract manufacturing. Creative Cuisine operated from an accredited processing facility in Brisbane suppling and developing innovative products for major supermarket chains, hotels, restaurants, clubs and large caterers.
