~PURCHASING~

To purchase an item please comment 'SOLD' under the photo of the item.
You can also message/inbox on me on this page with what you would like.
When you have finished purchasing please message/inbox on this page so I can invoice you and arrange payment and collection.

~PAYMENT~

Payment is to be made within one week of purchasing.
If payment has not been made and no contact has been made, items will be put back up for sale.
If prior payment arrangements have been made that is fine.
Please don't hesitate to contact me in regards to payment if you are issues or if something has come up.

~POSTAGE~

-Postage is $2.50 for small orders.

-Postage is $4.00 for larger orders.

I will advise you on the postage cost of your order depending on size.


**If you have any problems with your items please don't hesitate to contact me.
I am happy to replace or refund an item if you are not happy with your purchase or if it has broken.
However, if hair bows are used correctly and gently they should not break.
Sometimes handmade things tend to break just as regular shop items do.
If something has come apart or not lasted as you expected please send me a message and I will rectify the problem as soon as possible.**
