Crafers Sunday Yoga

Yoga is on every Sunday 10am-11.30 @ Crafers Hall.
This nurturing and uplifitng class focuses on developing a strong foundation in the yoga poses while drawing energy into the body and relaxing the mind. We'll be working on strength, flexibility, breathing techniques (pranayama), and bodily awareness. This class caters for all levels of physical ability and beginners are especially welcome. Classes are $15.
