Combining the hardcore nature of high intensity interval training (HITT) and strengthening nature of Pilates with the fluid athletic nature of dance, I have formed CLM; my method is non-bulky and strategically focuses on those stabilizing and accessory muscles while shrinking in those large muscle groups that take over, simultaneously burning fat! It’s a very unique method, while getting a holistic approach with nutritional guidance and positive thinking!
