CountryFit Gym, Mudgee

CountryFit Gym, Mudgee is a family-friendly fitness centre, which offers more than 30 exercise and fitness classes a week, including pilates, Zumba, boxercise, weights training, aerobics and spin bike cycling sessions.

Our creche is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm - offering parents the opportunity to enjoy their workout while the children have fun.

Our ladies-only zone provides an area where you can work out with some privacy, using the latest cardio and weights equipment.

Our trainers are all fully qualified and are here to answer any questions you may have, help you design your exercise program and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

There is also a squash court for hire - or book a personal training session to take your workout to the next step.

We are open 7 days a week - so come in and enjoy your fitness journey in air-conditioned comfort and look forward to a happy, healthier you!
