Country Muay Thai

Muay Thai is an ancient art of self-defence. It has grown in recent years into a popular sport around the world. Muay Thai uses all of 8 weapons that are hands, feet, knees and elbows, and it often referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs". Muay Thai is considered to be the most effective stand-up fighting art on earth.
From our youngest 4-6 and 6-12 year old member’s right through to adults and professional fighters, Country Muay Thai offers a safe, fun and positive learning environment. One will develop self-esteem, confidence, discipline and respect, all the qualities needed for a successful and happy life.
Since the age of 12 KRU: Brian has studied, trained and fought in the arts of Boxing, Kick-Boxing and Muay Thai. Brian has represented Australia several times and trained many State, Australian, South Pacific and World Champions.
