Wedged in between the beautiful Noosa National Park, miles of beach, and a lake, "Birds & Beach" is a 3BR, 2 bathroom villa, nestled in parkland on 2 sides, and so very private and quiet. It has a large double garage with direct access in to the house, which is spread over 3 levels.
The top floor is the master bedroom suite, with its own bathroom and double walk in robe. Louvred panels allow the sea breezes and sounds of the ocean to relax to.
The middle level is the living area, comprising full kitchen, dining and lounge area, with a powder room, smart tv with Netflix, wifi and blue tooth sound system. This opens on to a balcony overlooking trees, with a WeberQ and bar table setting.
The lower level comprises two bedrooms, each with 2 beds (one can be converted to a king), and a full bathroom (shower and bathtub). Both rooms open on to a large balcony in the trees for shade and relaxation.
The trendy village of Sunshine Beach is a pleasant 5 minute walk away, and across the road from the cafes and restaurants is the iconic surf club and patrolled surf beach. The area is very low key and relaxed, away from the bustle of Hastings Street, which is only a few minutes drive away if you still wish to enjoy its fine restaurants and shopping.
