Pilates Tower combines classical mat work with the resistance of springs and bars challenging the body in an entire body workout. Tower is upright and works muscles at different angles and the workout can be more intensified with a tower than a reformer.
A Pilates Reformer resembles a bed frame with resistance springs attached to a mat which moves. Joseph Pilates created this to place minimal stress on joints, making it a low impact exercise, yet facilitating different movements and giving a challenging workout.
Private sessions are completely customised with personalised exercise sequences to align with the client needs and goals. Our group classes are no more than 3 people and clients can be assured of more personal attention in our smaller classes.
