Core Essence Functional Training

My journey as a Personal Trainer started when I wanted some me time in my busy schedule raising my beautiful 3 girls all under 3 ½.

I used my precious time to exercise and quickly worked out that exercise gave me more strength and energy to manage my busy days as a single mum.

I started paying attention to the needs of others, especially how important it was to have:

• correct posture and form
• breath, at times we forget the importance
• the importance of having a clear mindset
to achieve results in whatever I did.

Going to the gym and participating in the same old routines didn't seem appealing to me and easily seemed like a chore.

I got to thinking and thought why not create exercise routines with a difference. Exercise routines that combined my love of the outdoors, nature with my love of being active, along with being mindful of the trials of being a woman.

I understand that getting a Personal Trainer outside of a gym is considered a luxury and to many not within the average weekly budget. Taking this into consideration, I have made my classes and Personal Training sessions affordable and more personal. Classes are no bigger than 8 to give you the attention and guidance.

I enjoy helping other women reignite their vitality, core strength and feeling great to get the desired result.
