Established in 2003, Core Concept Australia has proudly operated within Fitness First Sylvania, Darlinghurst and now Fitness First Cronulla.

We are specialists in all things nutrition, getting results, one on one Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training and Pre and Post Natal Training. We also cater for the avid 'at home' fitness enthusiast. We pride ourselves on tailoring to each individual at the highest of standard and service levels, with an attentive eye for every little detail superset with a touch of humour.
