I would like to tell you what C.O.R.E. Agility means to me, and why I have chosen this business name to represent me. C.O.R.E. stands for Competitive Obtainable Redefining Engineering and when we break up all the words we have exactly what my vision represents.

Competitive- is the drive that we all have inside us that pushes us to strive towards our goals. What I think of when I hear the word competitive is competing with myself to become better than I was yesterday. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks or says when your working towards your goals, the competition is between you and yourself. Everyday is a new day and a new chance to become the best version of yourself, and what I’m here for is to give you that competitive edge to never give up and make your goals come true.

Obtainable- your goals, your dreams, everything that you want in life is obtainable. Once we start achieving your goals again and again you will start to share my vision as well, that you can achieve anything when you put your mind to it.

Redefining- this one is the most important one for my vision it has many different meanings. I am redefining the training techniques and methods to get you to reach your goals. We will be redefining the way you look, feel, your strength and agility. Most importantly we will be redefining your mindset and teach you how to become that person you have always wanted to be.

Engineering- is the action of working artfully to bring something about. I will be skillfully engineering a tailored program to suit your needs. I will always be improving and furthering my knowledge of science and technology to keep track of results and take sessions to a new level. Development and modification is an ongoing part of engineering CORE Agility to make the impossible possible.

Agility- means to move and think quickly. My vision is to never stick to one style of training, there is no wright and wrong way to achieve your goals, as long as you are getting to where you want to be. I will be agile in my training methods to bring new goals and achievements for my clients. I will always be learning new methods to stay sharp and be agile in all aspects of life.
