Copado is an intimate, European influenced wine & charcuterie bar headed up by Mic Uebergang of The Dalgety Public House & entrepreneur, Jordan Grives.

Nestled amongst the leaves on Macquarie Street, in the riverside suburb of Teneriffe, Copado combines modern with rustic & unique with familiar to create a stand alone place to meet friends and enjoy a generous but simple offering.

With Copado translating to copious, our menu is just that: Freshly shaved cured meats, an extensive selection of local and imported cheeses, delicious Olasagasti anchovies, sardines and preserves, and a quirky range of toasties.
