Cooling Brothers Glass

Cooling Brothers has been successfully trading for over 40 years. However in the early 90’s it was a fading presence, held back by a reluctance to embrace the technology revolutionizing the glass industry. From the outside looking in, it’s not easy to see what was attractive to the group of private equity investors that purchased the company in 1992. The business had declined from a thriving company of over 40 employees to five people, working out of a small and outdated factory in Leederville, Western Australia.
