Condor Colombian Coffee Pty Ltd is an importer of Single Origin Premium Coffees from the famous Colombian Coffee Triangle region. What differentiates our coffees is that only ripe beans (red) are picked, washed and screened prior to packaging under the administration of the Coffee Confederation of Colombia.

All our Single Origin coffees have a drinking profile shown on each bag and indicates the cupping scores, (all above 85%) using the SCAA criteria various regions throughout Colombia.

As part of of our company we have engaged specialist coffee experts in roasting, blending, barista and training functions.

Colombian Coffee is acknowledged world wide as being of the highest quality and having great aroma and taste. Colombia has the prefect climate to grow high grade Premium coffees due to the perfect geography as it is best grown between elevations of 1,200 metres to 1,800 metres and consequently the higher the elevation the better the taste of the bean. Coffee must also be grown between 30°N and 30°S which is known as the coffee zone or “bean belt”.

Coffee growing areas that are known for great coffee are mountainous, volcanic, wet and tropical or sub-tropical. Colombia’s premium, coffee-growing regions are generally between the cities of Cauca, Tolima, Huila, Santa Martha, Antioquia and Bogota.

These high altitude, wet, tropical climate and volcanic soils are perfect to grow this high quality and world acclaimed coffee. Unlike other producers, Colombian Coffee beans are only harvested when absolutely ripe (red).

Condor Colombian Coffee and our suppliers are bound by the systems and rules of the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation where tests are performed on each batch of Premium coffee to be exported to ensure quality. Condor Colombian Coffee also incorporates full trace-ability for all coffee imported.
