Condamine is a town and a locality in the Western Downs Region, Queensland, Australia. At the 2011 census, Condamine had a population of 426.Condamine is claimed to be the location of the invention of the 'Condamine Bell', a small bell made from sheet metal used to locate herds of cattle.GeographyThe town is 333km north west of the state capital Brisbane and 34km south from the town of Miles, in the Western Downs Region local government area.
