Complete Home & Property Maintenance is managed by Derek and Kim Jorgensen, who are both locals and have worked in the Mackay building industry for over 20 years!

Derek (who was a registered builder from 1989 to 2002) made a career change in 2001 moving from the Construction industry to the Occupational and Health & Safety industry. He enjoyed his time there in a Leadership role and continued to expand his knowledge!

Now in 2016, Derek has returned to the Construction industry and founded Complete Home & Property Maintenance! We can complete all building tasks, from changing a door lock or tap washer to rebuilding a bathroom or office, we are fully insured to complete the task.

Real Estate property managers, Body Corporate managers, home owners and large commercial building managers have all benefited from our professional services. We take care of all tenant contact and offer free regular quoting services.

Derek is very passionate and active in the building industry. He is currently a HIA member of the Housing Industry Australia. We are currently acknowledged as a handyman service (jobs to the value of $3,300) while Derek obtains the required certificates to obtain this licence return.
