OFFERING: Zen Yoga - a fun, interactive and community-building approach to yoga practice. Inspired by Oki Do yoga, Meridian Therapy and Partner yoga, the classes focus on strengthening the hara (core), building bodily awareness and balancing the meridians as a preventative form of health care. We also work in pairs and groups, giving us a different experience of the stretches and postures, and expanding our awareness and care beyond our own bodies to include others. All ages and levels of experience welcome.

COMMUNITY ZENTHAI SHIATSU CLINIC | 11.30 am - 2.30 pm

Traditionally in Eastern cultures people had regular treatments to help maintain a healthy balance in their bodies. We aspire to recreate this way of life, rather than seeking treatments only when our bodies have developed serious issues.

OFFERING: This bodywork is a unique combination of Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage and Osteopathic techniques. Treatments are diagnostic and involve stretching and aligning the body, activating meridians and pressure points, freeing blocked energy and activating the self-healing powers of the body.
Whether you are seeking relief for sore or injured joints e.g. knees, lower back, shoulders, neck, sciatica, headaches, muscle pain, low energy or just need to unwind, a treatment will be tailored to your specific needs.

COST: Half Hour / $35 - 1 Hour / $60 - 1.5 Hour / $80

We are also available outside the Tuesday Clinic time privately, by appointment
