The Space

Sleeps 8-Large 4 bedroom home with gourmet kitchen, open plan living/dining flowing onto an expansive deck taking advantage of views. Dishwasher, TV/DVD, gas log fire, gas BBQ. Large undercover Deck at the front and back of the house. Extra accommodation, bed sitter attached to garage at rear can be included with an extra $150 per night. Includes, sofa bed with queen fold out bed, shower, extra toilet and kitchenette (with fridge) is included with this extra attached accommodation (notify when making enquiry for a booking if you would like this extra accomodation).
Sleeps 8: 2 Queen, 1 double, 1 KS with trundle, Timber floors throughout, carpeted rooms, spa bath in bathroom.
The large balcony, with covered pergola which faces a spectacular 180 degree view which takes in Collers bay, North Mollymook, the nine hole golf course and the great pacific ocean with regular sightings of migrating whales.

For the dolphin watchers, Mollymook is the home to a large pod of dolphins who regularly entertain sunday morning coffee goers.

The Collers Bay Beach House is furnished in a contemporary beach and comfortable style and is appointed with all modern conveniences. Open plan for a great family holiday or Surfing Safari
Gourmet Kitchen/spa bath/1 bathroom and extra toilet.
Well stocked kitchen with every thing you will need to entertain and need for your family.
2 outdoor Lounge settings and large outdoor dining setting.
All Linen provided, sheets and Towells. (Just bring your beach towells).
All bedrooms are supplied with doonas, pillows, extra blankets.
All the linen we supplied, sheets, towells, mattress protectors, pillows protectors, doona covers, tea towels and bathmats are all supplied freshly laundered for all guests.
The house will easily accommodate 3-4 couples even 5, or 2 families if you include the extra accomodation.

Getting Around

Only 3 hours from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra. There is a taxi service and a small run of public buses & push bike tracks. Car is the main form of transport around our area. The rural area of Milton ( is an oasis in the rolling hills of the Ulladulla district and a heritage township full of authentic rural delights, galleries and restaurants. Both Mollymook, Milton and Ulladulla are bustling centres with a variety of retail outlets and outstanding world class restaurants. The Collers Bay Beach house is only a short walk from the town centre and harbour.
