Coffee Bug Express

"Coffee Bug" has brought great coffee and associated services to the local community of Southport & Parkwood circa 2000.
Since 2005 we have been located within the Griffith University precinct, taking care of the caffeine requirements for faculty, students, and visitors alike.
We are so excited to have the opportunity to now evolve and grow within the Gold Coast University Hospital, GCUH retail food court as the main coffee espresso service providers.
To be apart of this new era in Queensland Health services is truly humbling.
To bring our quick style of service to the GCUH is a great and a huge honour. We love it when you get to enjoy your break instead of waiting... like “forever”... just to get a coffee or other. We always strive to have a speedy turnaround even though ordering lines are sometimes long our team does their utmost to get you back to what you want to do as quickly as possible.

CBE are always dedicated to bringing you a great coffee beverage and associated products. We make no grand claims, like been "the best coffee!" we can only hope that as in the past, our loyal customers let us know when we do great and also if we drop the ball by letting us know that as well.

Q/ “WHAT ABOUT LOYALTY CARDS?”...

We will always endeavour to bring you a "fair" price for your products.
I believe these things to be true:

1/ There is no such thing as "FREE" ... the “free” is always built into a product somewhere unless you’re a large company that can sustain a constant loss by hiding extra cost into everyone's purchase, I won't do that!
As a business owner I’d rather keep prices down thus allowing…
"ALL and EVERY CUSTOMER TO HAVE A WIN”.

2/ Loyalty Cards hold everyone up... How many times have you been stuck behind that person who just can't find their loyalty card... frustrating right?
or the one who has six cards and wants them all onto one card so they can get that freebie… sound familiar?

We are about old fashioned service, fast friendly and fair priced, no hidden extra secret charges to cover a bs "freebie".

The end result for you is to be served quicker, you get a drink or product faster and of good quality and you get to have a longer break if you’re in a rush... WIN~WIN.
