Cocoa Berry Cakes

Hi, my name is Sharissa and I obsessed with all things sweet! I am a Uni student with a passion for baking and making people smile because they’re about to stuff their faces full of sugar. After looking through the Adelaide bakery scene and failing to find those amazing drip cakes that have been taking over the rest of Australia, I decided to start making my own to share with family and friends. I fell in love with the process and creativity involved in making these spectacular cakes and therefore wanted to share them with the rest of Adelaide.

I make every cake at home from scratch with love and the freshest ingredients, making sure that every cake tastes as amazing as it looks – I spare no expense on detail! All cakes are completely customisable, from flavours to suit every tastebud, to whatever colour, theme or decorations that you want. I welcome any photos of other cakes or themes that you would like as inspiration for your cake as I love to learn and see what other cake artists are doing, so please send them to me with your inquiries!

Design consultations with flavour tastings are available at least a few days before your event date to make sure that you know what you’re getting and are completely happy with the final result – after all, you are entrusting me with the most important meal of the day, dessert! Cakes can be delivered to your venue for a small additional fee of $10 (within a certain distance) or can be picked up from my home, whatever is most convenient for you.
