*Here at Cobram Kitchens and Cabinets we have a step by step process to ensure we turn your dreams into reality.
1. Initial Contact / Consultation - After we have first spoken on the telephone or you have dropped into the showroom for a visit, we'll arrange a time to come to your property and meet with you. We will discuss your needs and goals, listen intently and then provide you with ideas. This will ensure that we know exactly what we have to work with.
2. Quotation - Within a week of our first meeting, we'll have a solid quote and 3D plan prepared for you with all the details you need to make your decision.
3. Commencement - Once you've made the decision to work with Cobram Kitchens & Cabinets you will be asked to come visit us again at the showroom. We'll go through the design and plan in detail and make any adjustments required. We will also finalise a decision on the materials and hardware to be used and sign all the necessary paperwork. At this point we will require a 50% deposit and your project will commence.
4. Manufacturing - It's now up to us to get building and turn all of your dreams and ideas into reality. After about 4-6 weeks, we'll have your project set up in our factory ready for installation on an agreed date.
5. Installation - Now it's time to get everything into your home and fine-tuned so that everything is exactly right. We will coordinate all of the other tradesman to get all the plumbing, gas and electrics connected. You are welcome to organise your own tradesman if you so wish.
6. Sign Off - Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. Once you are happy, we'll complete handover straight after installation and the remaining 50% of our fee is to be paid.
7. Enjoy - Now it is time to stand back and realise that your living your dream! Enjoy for years something that is going to be a focal point of your property for years to come
