Coastal MST

Coastal MST (Muscular Skeletal Therapy) is a locally owned and operated on the NSW Central Coast. MST treats the skeletal and muscular system using a variety of soft tissue and mobilisation techniques. MST uses mobilisation over manipulation to increase range of motion rather than sudden movements of manipulation.
Here at Coastal MST our therapist Josh will assess and treat your presenting condition with a range of techniques and stretches to get you back to your physical best.
The hands on techniques may include, muscle energy and neuromuscular techniques, Neural stretching, Therapeutic, Relaxation and Sports massage.
Other measures may include; a program of gentle exercise or stretching, looking at your diet and nutrition and also making you aware of your posture.
