Andrew Brayne: Principal Consultant

Andrew is a nationally accredited mediator and facilitator, having been practicing in the field of Dispute Resolution for more than 22 years. He has completed post graduate studies in Workplace Conflict Resolution, Youth Justice, Organisational Facilitation, and Commercial Negotiation; and is an industry accredited Trainer and Assessor. Andrew is the lead trainer for Dispute Resolution Branch, Justice and Attorney Generals Department. He continues to be contracted regularly to train, coach and mentor nationally acredited Mediators, mediation training courses and professional development courses for the branch,

With Andrew's expertise in the government, private and community sectors, he has a primary focus on improving individual and group communication skills.

He has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution and most recently a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Consulting and is due to complete a Masters in Human Resource Management.
