Muay Thai or Thai boxing is the cultural martial art of Thailand. The origin of Muay Thai dates back several hundred years, and was, essentially, developed as a form of close-combat that used the entire body as a weapon.

For those new to Martial Arts, this is the program for you! Adapting the core principals of one of the world’s most famous and exciting fighting styles (Muay Thai); kickboxing is our primary fitness program. Using all of the tools and equipment a ring fighter uses to prepare for a bout, we will get you into phenomenal cardio condition. Our Kickboxing program provides a fun and exciting method of stress release while delivering total body power training; strengthening the body and mind simultaneously.
This physical and mental discipline which is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.

Our program is designed to suit beginner’s right through to advanced, with every class focusing on the important points for Muay Thai.

Group classes: $20 per week (unlimited lessons)
Casual classes: $15 per class

Private: $45 per hour

Family rates: x2- $30 per week, x3- $40 per week, x4- $50 per week, x5 $60 per week...
