My journey to HypnoBirthing started with my own beautiful HypnoBirth of my gorgeous son in 2014. I facilitate HypnoBirthing Mongan Method childbirth education classes. This is for couples who are looking to empower themselves in their birthing choices and achieve birth satisfaction. This method of education helps parents release fear and embrace normal birth.
