CJ's Pasta creates a huge range of Fresh Pasta, Sauces and Sweet + Savoury Creations using FRESH, REAL ingredients. We supply both the wholesale and retail market with our pasta creations. CJ's Cafe creates and serves delicious wholesome meals + beverages, yummy sweets and serves beautiful Merlo coffee. CJ's Pasta is a small business that started in 1996. Our first shop was in Ormiston for a couple of years, then we moved to James Street, Fortitude Valley for 13 and then in 2013, we moved permanently into our own premise in West End.
