C.J. Welles Author

C.J. is an Australian indie author and she lives in Tasmania. It’s the tiny island at the bottom of Australia.

C.J. has been married to her hubby, Michael, for four years and they have two boys who are 3 and 4.

C.J. first began writing in August 2016. The story she first started writing, Shattered, still hasn’t been released and keeps getting pushed back as she has other characters who are more demanding about having their story told.

C.J. writes romance but she makes her characters work for their HEA. As we know, life isn’t easy and things don’t always fall in our laps, so it doesn’t happen in her books either.

C.J. currently has two full length novels, four novellas published and her third full length novel is due to be released in October 2017.

When C.J is not writing, she is a stay at home mum to her youngest. She loves spending time with her family and friends and loves having a good time. Her definition of a good time, is country music and drinks around the camp fire while camping.

C.J. isn’t your typical ‘girl’.

She loves 4×4 driving. She loves Jack Daniels. She wears thongs (flip-flops for you non- Aussies) all the time. She lives in track pants while at home. She hates wearing makeup but will do on special occasions or when she knows she’ll have photos taken.

When C.J. has time to herself, her favourite thing to do, is sit down and get lost in a great romance novel while having a can of JD and coke.
