CJ Dalby - Fitness Professional

A bit about me - well after 4 years of office work I have finally gained the courage to follow a personal passion of mine.
I began my interest in Fitness after having hit my heaviest weight in July 2013.
Among my fitness journey , not only have I lost 14kg, but have also developed a hunger for learning as much as I possibly can about the fitness and health industry, and passing that knowledge on.
I have decided to enrol in FitCollege as a student studying a Certificate 3 in Fitness,
to further my knowledge and to attain the relevant qualifications to allow me to pursue my goal to become a personal trainer for other individuals struggling with weight loss, lifestyle choices & muscle conditioning , as I previously have myself.
