The City's page is monitored on a regular basis and all questions posed (within the posting guidelines) will be responded to within 24 hours.
Responses will be answered during normal working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, however questions posed of an urgent nature on weekends will be responded to.
If you want to lodge a request or complaint with the City, you can do so yourself by registering with E-Properties on the City's website. From here, you will be able to keep track of your request.
