The City of Charles Sturt is situated west of the Central Business District of Adelaide, South Australia extending to the coast with a population of approximately 115,000.
The City was proclaimed on 1 January 1997 as a result of the amalgamation of the former City of Hindmarsh Woodville and the City of Henley and Grange.
