Circus Fit is for kids and adults. It is an fun and inspirational way to fitness.
Circus Monkeys class is for 2-4yr olds. This class is for kids to have fun and gain confidence and co-ordination. Kids will touch on a range of skills, including basic gymnastics, circus manipulation such as hula hoops, scarves, spinning plates. Kids can have a go on the trapeze and silks and as the progress they will learn new skills to keep them moving forward. Circus Monkeys focuses on having fun and learning at the same time.
General Circus includes hula hooping, spinning plates, diablo, and juggling. We work on Acro skills and Aerials such as trapeze, lyra and silks. Again this is focused on having fun and learning at the same time.
Adults Class; every adult as a child wanted to run away with the circus right? Well now is your chance! Adults can come along and have a go at the Trapeze, Lyra and Silks. Adults can learn to do a handstand, cartwheel or even a back flip! Another fun way to keep fit without even realising it.
