Circle Sounds

There are seven key singing bowls that we use, each with a unique frequency that vibrates in correspondence with each of the seven Chakras located throughout the body. The pure sonic waves that ring from the Crystal Singing Bowls wake up our ability to hear ''if every sound is vibration and if the vibration touches each and every cell of our body, we can understand that we don't perceive sound only with the ears, but with every cell in our body''.. This is what invokes a deep state of relaxation in which naturally assists one in entering into meditation and a self healing place. Singing Bowls have been found on privet Buddhist alters in temples, monasteries and meditation halls throughout the world since 560BC.
