Personal Training sessions are run at a private studio away from onlookers. Sessions range from 30 mins, 45 mins and hour sessions.

-Strength Training
-Fitness Training
-Specific Sports Training and
-Rehabilitation
Boot Camps/Group fitness session cater to all levels of fitness. Sessions are occasionally organised and are conducted outdoors.
Home designed programs are offered to current personal training clients, Programs are no extra charge and are designed for you to be able to do at home or outdoors depending on what you enjoy. Programs are updated every 6-8 weeks.
