Christmas Island Outdoor Cinema

The Christmas Island Cinema Club is a non-profit, community-based organisation. Our band of dedicated volunteers pick up, project and ship movies for the entertainment of all island residents. All monies raised go to hire of movies and maintenance and upgrade of the equipment and amenities .

Our Cinema is an "open air" Cinema so in the wet season bring your umbrella! Whatever the weather we will always attempt to screen the film on the night, so do not stay away if it rains, the Projectionist on the night will only decide not to screen if the rain does not stop by 8.00pm

For the comfort and health of all patrons the Cinema is NON-SMOKING.

The Kiosk
The Kiosk sells a range of snacks and drinks including popcorn, choc-tops, soft drinks and chocolates.
