Chris Ayers - Acton South West

Chris is based in ACTON South West's Dunsborough office and specialises in the sale of residential, rural residential and rural properties throughout Dunsborough and Yallingup and surrounding areas.

Chris has a strong rural background, spending 20 years farming in Beverley before moving to the South West in 1997 where he and his wife Shahan ran their own retail nursery and a rural contracting business. “Having been a farmer I know a lot about land and what it can be used for, which is a benefit for both buyers and sellers,” he said.

“Through my contracting work I have had a lot of experience with maintaining properties and can assist people with their preparation for sale. I can also provide non-local buyers with advice on rural life, such as water and fire issues.
